Background

The client required a multi-process monitoring and control system bespoke design alongside process steam system supply and installation. 

Solution

Working with owner and contractors to design and deliver process steam and water system to new additive research plant, incorporating site-wide energy monitoring and process over temperature cut-off safety system. Complete SCADA system bespoke design for temperature critical processes involving exothermic reaction vessels and high value batch manufacturing of additives for cosmetics industry.

System design and installation achieved on time and budget to meet strict client deadlines and commissioned fully operational system in line with production commencement saving severe penalties from client's customers.

Outcome

Bespoke system design delivering functionality and meeting high industry test standards and improved thermal efficiency for less than 50% of excising standard industry systems delivering significant cost benefits to client in a highly competitive market.
